Getting six packs has become a trend now because of upcoming actors. But its very difficult to have six pack now a days because of busy schedule and junk food diet. Exercising in gym has become necessary for getting those six packs. Even I have started doing so but my body paining. Got the reason why it happened so. Must be because of breaking of the muscles as you have rightly said. I must have overtrained myself a bit. Will try to follow your instructions.

I just got fabulous looking abs by having a tonic called “All Is Well”. It has some herbs and medicinal properties that are natural and was given to me by my friend who came from Nepal. He returned much fitter and revealed that the tonic was the secret to his great body. I brought it at a reasonable rate and within a few months got an enviable physique. Trust me when I say I did not do any work outs it was just the tonic and its effect.

The information you have provided has proven to be very useful for me. I have been training as per my body can take it and I can already see my abs flattening up. It can look even better if I knew the exact diet needed to get visible abs. I hope you can help me out and I will be looking forward for any information related to it.

I actually carried out this search that you suggested and was surprised by the results I found. I want a six-pack for my up-coming wedding later in the new year. I am quite-fit, but with the celebrities having their bodies flaunted often, it has lead my girl-friend to want me also to have one. She actually thinks people who have six-packs are fit and those who don’t aren’t. I wanted to know if that was true. I have a healthy diet of vegetables and soups. I rarely eat meat. I used to drink beer and wine, but in the fitness craze, and my upcoming wedding I have given up on drinks and prefer juices. I am 6 feet and weigh 80 kgs. I gym six days a week for 2 hours in the morning and have been doing so for the past 3 years, but have not been able to get six-packs as yet.
