I am not a big fan of Schwarzenegger. I find his body over-built and huge. But the only thing that I like about him are his abs. They have that proper bulge and the perfect shape which has left everyone including me craving for such abs. I have been going to the gym since last 6 months now and my belly has just started to flatten right now. I guess it will take years of hard work and dedication to get abs like him. I truly salute such hard work that he has put in.

Every day and night I just keep looking at the mirror thinking of a day I can get my body in shape like that of Arnold Schwarzenegger. If not exactly like him, I would at least like to have perfectly flat abs like his. Right now I have been struggling to reduce my weight which is around 20 pounds more than normal but I am sure one day I will have them.

I am a big Arnie fan and have adored him from his Mr World days and believe it or not I have watched all the Terminator films just to see him. My wife, often teased me saying that though I loved Arnold Schwarzenegger so much, my abs were nothing in comparison to his. This often made me sad, but then I realized that we all have different bodies and they all are built in different ways so it is perfectly okay to have what look like smaller abs that Schwarzenegger’s.

I don’t think ill ever be able to work my abs out. Its a painful thing and I just cant do regular workout anymore which ultimately has resulted in loosening of my belly muscles. I really don’t understand why everything except your abs are so much easier to get. You do your biceps or shoulders or back, it will stay in shape even if you don’t work out for a week, but in case of abs, it just starts wearing out after a couple of days. I just hope I find some better means or tips for it.

I have heard that many people take drugs to get great abs. I am not a fan of drugs, but I read in a Hollywood lifestyle magazine that Arnie had also used some body enhancement drugs to get his body during the Mr World days. I hope your article is true and that was all just a rumor and the like.

I really don’t think Jordan that a person like Arnold would be using drugs to develop his body. There are various ways by which you can accelerate the time in which you get your abs in as short as 4 weeks. You just have to eat healthy, remember not skip meals and plan your daily abs workout routine. You must have noticed in movies these days that actors do one role in which they look really very thin and lean and in the next, they look all well built. This is due to proper planning and not drugs.

The truth about six pack abs is that if you are considering taking supplements, it is always wise to take steroids or bodybuilding supplements under the supervision of your doctor since certain intake of prohibited categories of steroids may have a detrimental side effect on the body. These dangerous steroids may impair the liver, have a negative impact on the proper functioning of the heats, optic neuritis, cholesterol as well as any other illness issues. Many sports personalities use them but I am really not sure about the actors.

A well thought out flat belly diet plan is essential to getting the six pack you’ve always wanted, but that doesn’t been you have to restrict yourself to dull, tasteless food. Focusing on eating fat burning foods is a great place to start your journey towards six pack abs. That said, you obviously won’t be able to eat fat burning foods all the time. This is why it is crucial that you have a whole arsenal of healthy, yet tasty snacks and recipes that will make getting a flat belly so much easier.

One Yoga ball exercise I like to do is called the stability ball hip flexion. Your goal is to balance your entire body with your legs on the ball while in a push-up position. Slowly roll the ball toward the direction of your hands by folding your knees closer to your body. This exercise do helps in putting a lot of pressure on your abs and help give them a proper shape.

Cardio is definitely NOT the best way to lose belly fat and reveal your six pack abs. Most people who make this mistake end up hitting plateaus they can never overcome. and “low-fat” diet foods. But these so-called “health foods” are actually nothing more than cleverly marketed junk foods. Many of these supposedly healthy foods actually cause your body to gain even more belly fat but the industry won’t tell you that fact. Instead, they will continue to lie to you so they can make millions at your expense.

The truth is about getting abs is that even if you do everything right and start losing body fat, there’s no guarantee you’ll lose it from your abs. Your body stores and loses fat according to your genes, so you can’t control where or when you lose fat from certain places. We all store excess fat somewhere like for women it’s often around the lower belly, hips and thighs. For men, it’s often around the middle and back.

I’m a big fan of working multiple muscles at the same time to build strength, work on stability and burn more calories during your workout. When it comes to your abs, there are a number of great exercises and tools you can use to strengthen your core with more dynamic moves. One of the best ab tools you can invest in is an exercise ball which can be used for a variety of moves like the ones featured in this core workout. Because you must stabilize your body on the ball, you use more muscle groups than traditional ab exercises.

I have been following routine exercise for about a year now and have made good progress. But your post today hit me in a deep way. Though I am currently not where I want to be, I look at people around me who have the body that I want and I always feel imperfect and that I don’t deserve to have what they have. What you have said is very true and I will try to get myself out of that mindset and continue working hard to reach my goal and try not to get down on myself when I slip up.

I think your diet also plays an important role. You really need to eat clean to build muscles. I’m going easy on the treadmill because I got knee pains. I think I’ve got runner knees. I don’t know what the exact reason for the pains. I’ve got proper shoes and everything. Does anybody else has the same problem? Any suggestions would be very welcomed since I really love running and I want to get back into running as soon as possible.

I used to have nice abs. Somehow over the past couple of years I let them get soft again. I think your whole lifestyle has to be healthy to have great abs. Healthy eating combined with cardio and light weight training is really important. Stress and lack of sleep definitely has a detrimental effect on our abdominal area, as well as sodium as someone else mentioned. For me, white carbs really take a toll on my abs. If I even go a week without eating any white carbs at all, my stomach gets noticeably flatter.

The difficulty in obtaining great abs is not so much building the muscle. It’s cutting enough fat from your body for them to show. You probably know by now that spot-reduction of fat simply doesn’t work here. In order to show those abs you need overall fat loss. Doing a lot of abdominal exercises will help you get a flat stomach. Regardless of whether you are using the latest piece of gym equipment or are just doing old fashioned sit-ups, ab exercises alone will not help you get rid of your belly fat.

Learning the Schwarzenegger way has always been my dream and my passion of working out. He is like my role model and my inspiration behind those perfect abs. After watching him in the Terminator series, I have been dieing to get abs like his but I guess it takes lots and lots of hard work. Maybe one day I will using the techniques you just mentioned.
