Workout Inspiration Part Two
With new and improved confidence and a new firm and flat stomach you will of course stand a far better chance of attracting the opposite sex, and of getting a raise or a promotion (unfortunately many of our decisions are unconscious and based on appearances etc – it’s how we’re wired). By looking stronger you will be displaying to the world that you have good genetics and can be relied on. And all these things will in turn make you feel happier.
Working out of course isn’t just about how you look however, and those who approach it in this manner are unlikely to be successful. Working out is also about what it helps you to do and how it improves your health. Losing weight will lower you cholesterol, reduce you chance of a heart attack or stroke and cause other positive changes in your body. Building muscle meanwhile will protect your joints and bones and help your immune system. All these things can add years to your life span and decrease your chance of suffering a variety of illnesses and conditions. Again this improved health will also make you happier – as will the act of working out itself which can cause the ‘runners’ high, a release of endorphins that work as a pain killer and anti depressant.
So your health will be improved, but so to will the things you can do. By increasing your strength and your aerobic fitness you will become better at every single sport and every single athletic event. You can win arm wrestlers, drive golf balls miles and open the jam jar with ease. Even your reactions will be quicker, helping you catch things you drop or and win games of tennis. Should you need to you’ll also be able to win fights. All this will make you far more capable and everything will seem just a little bit easier (and you’ll be just that little bit more impressive).

To me a flat belly means the freedom to flaunt jazzy clothes! No more covering/hiding your belly with clothes. No more being conscious of who’s smiling & who’s smirking!Walk down the road, as if you own it!

Imagine having flat abs, great body curves, and fitting into a smaller size or even free sizes. You could come out to be the best looking most sexy desired girl in a room.
Your body weight and your body curves definitely affect your self-esteem and the way you view yourself. The way you view yourself affects your self-esteem and the way you project yourself to others.
Beauty is power and it involves almost everything you do with your skin, hair, and body. Admit it. Most sexy and best-looking women in the world get what they want in life. It is not what life brings. It is how you bring good things in life to you.
Attract good things by working out your beauty first. Be practical. You do not wait for good things to come. You work it out fast and enjoy life.

You must be in negative calorie balance ( a calorie deficit) if you are going to lose belly fat. A good flat abs diet will take this fact into account. You can create this calorie deficit by increasing activity, decreasing calories or with a combination of both. The most efficient approach to lose belly fat is to slightly decrease your calories and greatly increase your activity.

I don’t agree with James that flat tummy a necessity and beautiful women get all they want. Yes it’s an accompanying factor for sure but not the only one that leads to success. I have seen many fat people who are full of confidence and are really admired. Yes flat abs does boost ones confidence may be a feel-good factor and considering the health prospects, importance of a flat tummy cannot be ignored. One should try to tuck it in but not develop inferiority complex for having a huge one. Make the effort and enjoy the process.

These days the trend that is ON is called as “Zero Figure”. Every girl wishes to have a zero figure. Just for this they spend hours in the gym doing all those exercises which will help them have a beautiful figure. The same case is with Guys as well. They also spend a lot of time in the gym just to have an attractive body and great build with superb muscles. They do it just to attract the opposite sex. The funny part is that these days’ people don’t exercise for themselves but they exercise only for others. Isn’t it sounding funny?

Looking good is a feel-good factor for many but not the end of the world! At least I do not think so. I mean, I work out regularly and buy great clothes for myself because I know they would suit me and worth the money. But t hose who come close because of my looks are not my true friends! Be sensible. Lose weight for fitness and not for secondary silly reasons!

What matters to me the most is the looks. I have a habit of checking out a person from the dressing style to the personality. I do recruitment’s for my company. During an interview after a qualification check, my next priority will be how a person presents himself. I think I am not wrong if choose to be like this while recruiting because this is what is in demand today. A smart personality with good dressing style finds a better chance to stand than an average dress styling.

Nobody will believe this! It’s an awesome feeling that you get. I have lost 6 pounds now and just feel so good about it. Now I don’t need to care about the size before buying any outfit. Also I have to deliver 2 presentations in a week at my office. So the body posture, my figure, change in dressing style and everything else makes me feel so confident and blissful these days. More over everybody is so happy with my work these days that I am motivated to do more of work now.

Working hard to loose weight and getting a very good figure gives you an inner satisfaction and you feel like a free bird flying high. With all the excitement you get charged up at work and become more effective and productive. Confidence in dealing with situations and taking correct and sensible decisions are the benefits of having a good physique.

Some people just don’t like going to the gym at all. I am just one of them. I think its waste of time as guys only go to the gym with the intention of impressing girls. Least interested in all this as I feel it’s more important to focus on your career. Physique does matter but it’s only a strategy to impress people if you know that you do not have effective skills with which you will impress them.
